Snowfall totals generally ranged between eight inches and twelve inches across the county. Snowfall total of 12.0 inches was reported at (1 S) West Ocean City. The heavy snow combined with strong northerly winds resulted in blowing and drifting snow.

Wider weather episode

Rapidly intensifying low pressure lifting northward just off the Mid Atlantic coast produced snowfall totals between five inches and fourteen inches across much of the Lower Maryland Eastern Shore.
