Heavy caused water to cover the road on Buck Creek Loop, Henry James Road and Corinth Church Road.

Wider weather episode

A very moist and unstable airmass developed ahead of an approaching cold front. Storms developed along the front and produced damaging wind gusts as they moved across southeast Mississippi. Heavy rain from slow moving storms also caused flooding in some areas.
