A strong winter storm brought winter storm conditions to the mountains of Los Angeles county. Snowfall totals range from 8 to 18 inches. Additionally, southerly winds, gusting to around 50 MPH, were observed.

A third winter storm brought significant precipitation to Southern California. Rainfall totals generally ranged between 3 and 7 inches with local amounts up to 9 inches. In the mountains of Ventura and Los Angeles counties, snowfall totals between 6 and 18 inches were reported with southerly winds gusting to around 50 MPH.
