A cold front pushed into West Texas and a dryline was across the Permian Basin and Lower Trans Pecos. The front collided with high low-level moisture east of the dryline across the Lower Trans Pecos. Moderate wind shear and instability were present. These conditions resulted in thunderstorms that produced hail in Terrell County.
