Trained spotter reported 13.5 inches of snow accumulation 25 miles south of Glenrock.

Wider weather episode

Strong storm system for late April resulted in heavy snow and high winds for portions of southeast Wyoming. Portions of east-central Wyoming including the Douglas area experienced blizzard conditions for multiple hours on the 23rd as area roadways, including Interstate 25, remain closed due to winter conditions.
