Federal Agency (Port of Morgan border station) reported aluminum signs ripped off poles.

Wider weather episode

A strong low pressure system from Saskatchewan directed very strong winds through northeast Montana, while easily spreading from aloft all the way down to the surface. Sustained winds of at least 40 mph with some gusts in excess of 60 mph were found in multiple locations throughout the time period.
