SE GA had the highest chance of severe storms where CAPE was near 2000 J/kg,

bulk shear was 50-60 kts, and sfc-3 km storm relative helicity was 200-300 m2/s2. A Tornado Watch was issued for all of SE GA and the adjacent nearshore Atlantic waters.
