Heavy rain brought minor river flooding to the Ouachita River at Thatcher Lock and Dam. This point remained above flood stage through the remainder of the month.

Heavy rainfall combined with wet antecedent conditions resulted in flooding along portions of the Ouachita, Saline, Fourche LaFave, White, and Cache Rivers.
