Snowfall totals ranged from around four inches at both Rupert and Rainelle to around eight inches at Quinwood. Damage values are estimated.

With the arrival and passage of a cold front and temperatures quickly falling to and then below freezing, snow fell across the region. Sustained strong winds behind the front allowed for a continuation of cloud and snow development. When the event had ended, a total of four to eight inches of snow fell over the western portion of Greenbrier County, WV.
