Snowfall of 1.5 inches was observed in Coldwater.

An Arctic cold front pushed through during the afternoon and evening. A mid-level shortwave trough moving across the plains helped to enhance lift behind the front and produced snow, some of which was heavy. The higher amounts observed were associated with meso-scale forcing with the a band across northern counties observing 5-10 inches.
