Trained spotter reported 11.8 inches of new snow at White Pass.

A low pressure system moved into the Northeast Gulf of Alaska from the south with an associated front lifting northward across the Inner Channels of the Alaskan Panhandle on March 21st. An entrenched cold air mass clung to Upper Lynn Canal early on to support widespread moderate to heavy snow across the region through the 22nd of March.
