Thunderstorm winds destroyed a mobile home and flipped a shed onto several vehicles along Kiser Road. No one was injured.

An upper level storm system lifting north into southern Virginia helped trigger scattered thunderstorms. A few of these storms became severe with localized damaging winds and large hail.
