Mt Margaret Sensor reported gust of 53 MPH at 1445. The zone had power outages impacting around 50 customers.

Wider weather episode

A deepening Low with strong jet support brought strong surface winds across Columbia Basin into the region. Winds were sustained in the high teens and mid 20s. Gusts ranged in the upper 40s to near 60. Power outages affected around 15000 customers.
