Corral Creek Raws recorded gust of 56 MPH at 1349. Craigmont and Lewiston Cwops recorded gusts of 45 and 41 MPH.
Wider weather episode
A deepening Low with strong jet support brought strong surface winds across Columbia Basin into the region. Winds were sustained in the high teens and mid 20s. Gusts ranged in the upper 40s to near 60. Power outages affected around 15000 customers.
