Site near Pullman WA recorded a gust of 60 MPH at 1200LST. Other stations across the zone recorded gusts of 40s to low 50s MPH.

A deepening Low with strong jet support brought strong surface winds across Columbia Basin into the region. Winds were sustained in the high teens and mid 20s. Gusts ranged in the upper 40s to near 60. Power outages affected around 15000 customers.
