Nearby a ham radio operator reported 70 to 80 mph wind gusts, just before power lines were blown across Highway 135 at this location.

A strong thunderstorm that was certainly capable of producing a tornado moved through Cooper County, and caused isolated damage. While this damage was not confirmed to be a tornado, it's plausible this storm could have produced a brief tornado as it pushed through the county.
