Snowfall totals were measured up to 15 inches across the northern and central Red River Valley. Blowing snow and heavy snow resulted in travel difficulties and visibility to 1/4 mile or less.

Wider weather episode

Much of central and eastern North Dakota was impacted by blizzard conditions starting the afternoon of April 11th, and lasting until the evening of April 14th.
