Event narrative

A large tree partially was uprooted and fell on house near East Second Avenue in Mountain Home. Numerous small branches were down with diameters of 1 to 2 inches. A Porta Potty was blown over near Rosewood Park. Damage occurred during a thunderstorm with brief heavy rain which was described as wet downburst.

Wider weather episode

A cold front moving into a moist and warm environment brought heavy rain and winds with a series of thunderstorms that moved through the region on the night of June 11th.
