Low pressure and its associated occluded frontal boundary pushing northeastward out of Missouri triggered a broken line of strong to severe thunderstorms during the afternoon of May 26th. One cell dropped hail as large as quarters near Marshall in Clark County, while other storms produced winds of 50-60mph and minor wind damage across parts of Clark and Christian Counties.
