Event narrative
A trained spotter 9 miles west of Meacham, OR reported water covering county roadways making them impassable at 0900 PST on May 29th. A public Facebook report from 8 miles east northeast of Pilot Rock, OR had video of flooding over Popcorn Ln along Mckay Creek, making the road impassable at 0900 PST on May 29th. A NWS Employee reporting 4 miles south of Mission, OR reported water covering the intersection of Lloyd Rd. and Market Rd due to flooding along the Pattawa Creek at 1013 PST on May 29th. Another report 4 miles east southeast of Pilot Rock, OR reported 2.06 inches of rainfall over an 18 hour period, with water over Stewart Creek Rd and other local roads at PST on May 29th.
