The 911 call center reported flooding on street 24 in Urb Jardines de Arecibo.

An inverted surface trough, deep tropical moisture, and an upper-level trough led to the development of strong to severe thunderstorms over north-central Puerto Rico during the afternoon hours of May 1st, 2022. Urban flooding and an EF-1 tornado were observed with the thunderstorms.
