Social media reports indicated that a small stream was out of its banks and flooding a bridge on road PR-566, in sector la Fabrica and la Charca.

Wider weather episode

A TUTT low enhanced the diurnally induced afternoon convection across sections of central and western Puerto Rico between May 23-26. This created long-lasting thunderstorms with periods of heavy rainfall that led to flash flooding and mudslides. Also, the thunderstorms produced small hail and wind damage.
