Heavy rainfall led to flash flooding on road PR-2, close to Peter Cabrera Storage Rooms.

A TUTT low enhanced the diurnally induced afternoon convection across sections of central and western Puerto Rico between May 23-26. This created long-lasting thunderstorms with periods of heavy rainfall that led to flash flooding and mudslides. Also, the thunderstorms produced small hail and wind damage.
