Event narrative
A USGS Hydrologist reported debris flows over the WildCat Burn scar and provided pictures. The Burn scar previously took a direct hit from a slow-moving thunderstorm with radar estimated 1-2/hr rainfall rates. It was previously determined by the hydrologist that 0.25 in 15 minutes or 1/hour rain rates would be enough to produce debris flows.

Localized flooding over the Wildcat burn scar occurred when a thunderstorm moved over the scar.
