Peak wind was measured at a personal weather station. Dime to quarter sized hail fell for a short period of time.

Wider weather episode

A mesoscale convective system moved into eastern North Dakota during the morning hours of June 14th, containing isolated severe thunderstorms. Hail and damaging wind gusts were reported from the Devils Lake Basin, eastward to Grand Forks, then into west-central Minnesota. Damage was reported in Polk and Roseau Counties.
