Event narrative

Widespread tree damage was reported between Fredericktown and Marquand. Numerous trees, tree limbs and power lines were blown down. MODOT crews were called to clear tree debris from Highways M, J, W and D.

Wider weather episode

A strong cold front moved through the region triggering showers and storms. Some of the storms became severe producing damaging winds.
