Flash flooding occurred on Burro, Cottonwood, and Five Mile Washes, along with Sheets Gulch and on Notom-Bullfrog Road where the pavement ends.

An increase of monsoonal moisture resulted in multiple storms with microburst wind gusts in northern Utah, as well as flash flooding in portions of southern Utah.
