Emergency Managers reported flooding affecting Urb. Vista Verde in Aguadilla, with Calle 12 and Calle 13 flooded.

An induced surface trough and a tropical wave approaches the islands. At the same time, an upper level trough dug from the northeast, providing instability aloft. The combination of these features resulted in periods of heavy rain and gusty winds, with multiple flooding reports received.
