A 61-year-old male, a tourist from Colombia, drowned At Playa Punta Arenas in Vieques.

Moderate to fresh trade winds maintained choppy to hazardous seas along the Atlantic waters. A high risk of rip currents was in effect for northern PR, Vieques, Culebra and St. Croix.
