Emergency Managers reported a landslide at Road PR-423, Barrio Sonador in Alto Sano.

The wider storm

A tropical wave moved across the area, increasing convergence at the lower levels. Later in the period, low level moisture was provided by the proximity of a surface trough. Additionally, an upper level low approached from the northeast, providing instability aloft, as high pressure at all level weakened.
