The Willow Creek RAWS weather sensor recorded a maximum wind gust of 64 mph.

Thunderstorms moved through northern Wyoming as a shortwave trough crossed the area. With large dew point depressions, very strong wind gusts occurred with the high-cloud-base showers and storms. Wind gusts of 60 to 65 mph occurred across portions of Big Horn and Johnson Counties.
