Palmer verified on the 30th with temperatures in the low to mid 70s, RH values 25% or less even into the teens, and sustained winds of 15-20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph for 3 consecutive hours. Anchorage verified on the 31st at Ted Stevens International Airport with temperatures in the upper 60s to near 70 degrees, RH values of 25% or less, and sustained winds of 15 mph or more for 3 consecutive hours.
