In Lynn, a tree was down on power lines on the 100 block of Wyman Street. Also, a tree was down on power lines on Clairmont Street.

The wider storm

Heat and humidity, with CAPE of 2500 north of the Mass Pike but little other forcing, led to scattered severe thunderstorms over eastern Massachusetts and far northern Connecticut in the late afternoon and early evening.
