In Peabody, a tree was down on a truck on Norfolk Avenue. A tree was down on power lines at both Lynnfield Street and Columbia Blvd. A tree was down on Bartlett Street.

Heat and humidity, with CAPE of 2500 north of the Mass Pike but little other forcing, led to scattered severe thunderstorms over eastern Massachusetts and far northern Connecticut in the late afternoon and early evening.
