A thunderstorm produced heavy rain over portions of the Trail Mountain Fire burn scar, with a 1-hour Multi-Radar Multi-Sensor rainfall estimate of around 1 inch noted in the immediate vicinity of Crandall Canyon. This resulted in a debris flow that moved through Crandall Canyon, with flash flooding extending downstream through Huntington Creek, as reported by Law Enforcement.

Near the end of the first week of the month, isolated Flash Flooding occurred in central Utah.
