Event narrative

At 8:45 PM MDT Clark County Fire Department and Camas Creek RFPA were dispatched to 4 fires. they were along the east side of northbound land and in the median at mile marker 178 on Interstate 15 just south of Spencer. It is believed fires were possibly sparked by someone changing a tire. Northbound interstate 15 was closed for two hours until 11 pm MDT when one lane reopened. The interstate had no restrictions after 1 M MDT on the 24th.
