Event narrative

In Narragansett, the emergency room entrance of South County Hospital was flooded. Boston Neck Rd. (Rt 1A) near Narragansett Ave was closed due to flooding. Several inches of street flooding was reported along the Rt. 1 onramp past the rotary. Basements were reported flooded on Brown St. (2 feet of flooding) and on Kingstown Rd.

A warm front moved through southern New England during the morning bringing flooding to portions of Rhode Island.
