NWS employee relayed report of waterspout about five-miles northeast of Presque Isle State Park, PA.

A cold front swept southeastward across Lake Erie during the morning through early afternoon of the 26th and encountered a warm sector marine boundary layer exhibiting moderate instability and very weak convective inhibition, which allowed the front to trigger isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms. The thermodynamic environment and low-level convergence/horizontal wind shear along the front also led to the development of a couple non-mesocyclonic waterspouts near Presque Isle State Park, PA.
