Blythe Airport (KBLH) recorded 1/4 mile visibility due to dense blowing dust.

An organized complex of strong to severe thunderstorms pushed from northwest Arizona down through the Lower Colorado River Valley area late in the night on the 21st and into the early morning hours on the 22nd. Thunderstorms maintained their intensity as they pushed through far eastern Riverside County, with adequate instability in place. Severe wind gusts and dense blowing dust were observed in Blythe with these thunderstorms. No injuries were reported.
