An upper level system moved across the northern High Plains, bringing rain and snow to much of northeastern Wyoming. Across the Wyoming Black Hills and the Bear Lodge Mountains, occasional snow developed, with a period of heavier upslope-enhanced snow during the morning hours. Snowfall amounts were highest across the higher elevations and northwest facing slopes, where three to seven inches were reported. A couple of inches fell elsewhere.
