Event narrative

Flash flooding occurred north of Roy due to an inch of rain. Minor road damage on Lawery Lane with the South Fork Rock Creek and Simms Rd showing damage. Debris was reported across Idaho route 37 by a local farmer. A basement also was reported flooded.

Wider weather episode

Extremely heavy rain fell with several reports of 1 to 3 inches falling. Flash flooding was widespread across southeasy Idaho.
