A thunderstorm produced a microburst that brought tree damage in the vicinity of Doyle Creek Campground to the south of Hazelton in the Bighorn Range. Several trees were uprooted or snapped off above the ground.

Wider weather episode

A thunderstorm moved south of Powder River Pass and produced a downburst that uprooted or snapped several trees near the Doyle Creek Campground. Damage to the campground was limited to trees and no injuries were reported.
