A waterspout was observed via the NWS Key West rooftop cameras. The condensation cloud extended only a little ways down from the cloud base. The movement was slowly toward the northwest.

The wider storm

Convective cloud lines developed near and north of the Lower Florida Keys, producing scattered showers, thunderstorms, and a few waterspouts.

Began near Big Coppitt Key (24.6300, -81.7500).
