Event narrative

A brief waterspout was observed within Boot Key Harbor. A disturbed area was noted on the water surface approximately 50 meters by 50 meters, moving through the harbor and spinning a moored vessel by about 270 degrees. No condensation cloud was observed.

An isolated waterspout was observed oceanside of Marathon, Florida, in association with a convective rain shower.
