A clipper system moved through the region; bringing colder temperatures, gusty winds, and areas of snow. The heaviest snow was associated with upslope enhancement over the northern Black Hills. Snowfall of four to eight inches were noted during the overnight and morning hours over the favored areas from Lead to Terry Peak and the Cheyenne Crossing area. Gusty winds produced some blowing and drifting snow, with reduced visibilities at times.
