In Erving, a tree was down on Poplar Mountain Road at Route 63. Also, a large tree was down on Old State Road. Reports relayed by amateur radio.

A strong cold front moved across southern New England, causing southerly winds that gusted to 40 to 55 mph. Although leaves were gone from many trees, there was still some scattered tree damage in Massachusetts, northern Connecticut, and northern Rhode Island. With a strong low level jet aloft, a few of the heavier showers brought down isolated wind gusts estimated near 70 mph in Dunstable, MA.
