Lake effect snow accumulated between 8 and 21.5 inches.

Wider weather episode

A second significant lake effect snow event within a week impacted Oneida County. Heavy snowfall was observed along and north of the New York Thruway Corridor. Further south of this area, totals quickly dropped off to just a couple of inches. The highest reports were in the far northern portion of the county where nearly two feet of snowfall was observed.
