The Grangemont ITD webcam showed heavy snow and snow-covered conditions. Total snow amounts during the event include: 7 inches in 5 hours at the Shanghi Summit and 2.5 inches at Pierce.

Wider weather episode

An upper level wave and associated cold front brought heavy snow to the region. A second wave initiated snow bands on the 27th.
