Estimated SNOTEL snow amounts were 12 inches Somsen Ranch and 10 inches Slug Creek Divide.

A cold front moved through eastern Idaho with heavy mountain snowfall and very high winds mainly in the Arco Desert. Gusts over 70 mph were recorded and interstate 15 shut down on the 5th north of Idaho Falls. High mountain locations received over a foot of snow.
