In Bristol at 805 AM, Poppasquash Road was impassable due to coastal flooding and Hope Street at Washington Street was closed. In Warren at 830 AM, there was a social media post of coastal flooding on Main Street. In Barrington, the broadcast media Tweeted a photo of a completely flooded Matthewson Road.

Low pressure deepened rapidly as it tracked through the eastern Great Lakes.
The storm produced damaging southeast to south winds across much of southern New England and minor to moderate coastal flooding the east and south coasts. Two to 3.5 inches of rain fell across much of RI and interior MA.
